What We Collect

Connect A Voice is a system which is used by care workers to collect behavior and activity information from individuals with developmental disabilities. The Connect A Voice system is used by providers of care services to provide electronic collect of this data. By agreeing to use the Connect A Voice system care providers and the workers they employ have received the necessary approvals from the governing body that they are licensed and approved to collect this type information. The Connect A Voice system is simply the tool for the data collection.

Security

Connect A Voice takes every precaution to protect our users' information, and we have security measures in place to protect the loss, misuse, and alteration of the information under our control.

Other Information

In addition to the individual behavior and activity data collected on behalf of our customers, Connect A Voice collects a limited amount of performance data to monitor and improve the system. None of this data has personally identifiable information.

Disclosure of Collected Information

Connect A Voice will only disclose information to the care provider which has licensed the Connect A Voice system. The exception to this circumstance is when Connect A Voice is required by law to release information.

Notification of Changes

If we decide to change our privacy policy, we will post those changes on our home page so our users are always aware of what information we collect, how we use it, and under what circumstances, if any, we disclose it. If at any point we decide to use personally identifiable information in a manner different from that stated at the time it was collected, we will notify users by e-mail.
